  • Spirometry testing — Used to measure a patients ability to inhale and exhale

Types of immunizations & vaccines offered

  • COVID-19 Vaccine — We offer the COVID-19 vaccine to our patients aged 12 and older. You can schedule an appointment by calling your primary care office, or asking your provider about getting the shot at your next visit.
  • Seasonal Flu Vaccine — Influenza vaccines, often called flu shots, are vaccines that protect against the influenza viruses that research indicates are most common during the upcoming season.
  • Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Vaccine — The Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine helps prevent six different types of cancer — the most common being cervical cancer in women and oropharyngeal (oral/head and neck) cancer in men.

An annual check-up includes a complete physical exam and allows your provider time to discuss lifestyle habits, order crucial screening tests and review or update immunizations. This is the chance for you and your provider to set a baseline for your overall health and notice when and if changes happen.

Physical exams vary depending on a provider’s clinical approach, but may include:
