Outpatient Behavioral Health Transition to Community-Based Partners
Effective March 31, 2026, outpatient behavioral health services will transition to our trusted community-based partners to ensure continued access to care. All current patients will receive a letter and a follow-up phone call to discuss their future care options.
If you have questions about this transition, please call 603-663-6252, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
If you are experiencing a behavioral health emergency, you will continue to be seen and served in our Emergency Department (ED).
